The present Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 17 March 2022 by which Notice of Motion filed by the AppellantDefendant under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) seeking rejection of the plaint has been rejected. Since the order challenged is passed under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code, the present Appeal is not maintainable. Appeal is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Appellant to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the order dated 17 March 2022. 2.
