The Notice is returned with Bailiff remark that Appellant has died. This information is given by son of the Appellant namely Vishwanath on 20/07/2021. Thereafter, more than one year is lapsed. However, the legal heirs despite knowledge did not step in the shoes of Appellant. Hence, Second Appeal No.401 of 1999 stands disposed as abated due to death of Sole Appellant.
