The above Civil Revision Application challenges the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai, by which order the Notice of Motion filed by the Revision Applicants i.e. Defendants seeking the relief that the suit be dismissed in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place after the filing of the suit came to be rejected. The said rejection is on the ground that the plaint has been allowed to be amended by an order passed on the same day. Since the order passed in the Chamber Summons allowing the amendment of the plaint has been upheld by this Court by an order passed today by dismissing the Petition being Writ Petition No.8625 BGP.

CRA-505-15.doc 28.08.2015 of 2015 filed by the Revision Applicants, the above Civil Revision Application would also have to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the Civil Revision Application, the Civil Application does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
