Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the delay has occurred due to the poor economic condition of the applicant whose land came to be acquired by the respondents in the year 1997.

Considering the reasons assigned in the application, it seems that the delay is bonafide and not intentional. The delay, therefore, stands condoned.
