The petitioner is a complainant. On his complaint, C.R. No. I93 of 2014 was registered at the Palghar Police Station on 14/8/2014 against respondent nos.1 and 2. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed. The petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the police. Therefore, the petitioner approached this court praying for direction to carry out further investigation. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the investigation conducted by the Investigating Agency, we direct that in case

27-wp-2678-16 the petitioner files a comprehensive representation raising specific issues on which the petitioner want further investigation, addressed to Sr. Police Inspector, Palghar Police Station, copy of which be sent to Superintendent of Police, Palghar, the Sr. Police Inspector to take appropriate decision on the same on its own merits.
