The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both sides are heard.

It appears that in respect of the same incident two reports were given by the two sides. The present report was given on 8th April, 2017, when the incident has taken place on 6th April 2017. The other side had given report on 6th April 2017. The incident took place due to some family dispute. It appears that in Sessions Court the complainant of the present matter had filed Affidavit to inform that due to misunderstanding some exaggeration was made in the 10th August 2017
14-ABA1326-17.DOC report and no valuable article was taken away from their person by the accused. It appears that the Sessions Court did not consider the circumstances by holding that there was no material in view of the nature of record available in respect of the investigation. In view of the nature of dispute this Court holds that protection is to be given. In the result, the Application is allowed. Hence the following order: : Order :
a) In case of arrest of the Applicants in Crime No.252 of 2017, registered in Sangola Police Station, District Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 327, 354 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousands only) each with one surety in the like amount.
b) The Applicants not to tamper the prosecution witnesses.
c) They are not to commit similar offences.
d) They are to attend the concerned Police Station on one Sunday between 9 am & 12 noon and they are to cooperate with the Police during the investigation.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and is disposed of.
