Mr Misar learned counsel for the appellant points out that the valuation in the appeal is less than Rs.One Crore, therefore, this appeal will now have to be transferred to the learned District Court, Thane.

There is substance in the submission of Mr Misar. The Registrar to do the needful within a period of four weeks from today. Mr Misar is granted liberty to file private paper book before the learned District Judge, Thane once it is transferred.
