Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. 2.
By this application, the applicants seeks modification/ relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court (Coram:Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar,,J.) vide order dated 13th January, 2014, passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1399 of 2013. The condition of which
2/3 modification/relaxation is sought reads thus :- "4.(ii) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till the filing of charge sheet"

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that till date chargesheet has not been filed in the said case. He submitted that the applicants have been attending the concerned police station on every Monday, between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., since January, 2014. 4.
Perused the papers. The case is of the year 2013. The applicants were granted pre-arrest bail in January, 2014. Pursuant to the order granting pre-arrest bail on certain conditions, including the condition mentioned in para 2 above, the applicants have been attending the concerned police station on every Monday, till date. Till date, the chargesheet in the said case has not been filed. 5.
Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the condition is modified/relaxed to the extent that 'The applicants shall now report to the concerned police station every alternate month commencing
3/3 from April, 2017 in the first week of that month, for a period of one year i.e. till April, 2018 instead of the applicants reporting to the concerned police station on every Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till the filing of charge sheet". In addition to the aforesaid condition, the applicants shall inform their latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the concerned Investigating Officer. 6.
The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
