1] Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that through inadvertently the request was made for withdrawal of the petition on 1st July, 2019, the counsel intended to withdraw some other petition. Inadvertent error that has occurred in withdrawing the instant petition needs to be corrected. The request made by the applicant is accepted. The order passed by this Court permitting withdrawal of the petition dated 1st July, 2019 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original position.
