P.C. :- 1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 17 April 2014 made below Exhibit-16 in Petition No. B-62 of 2010 by the Family Court at Bandra.

2] The learned counsel for the Petitioner reports that Petition No. B-62 of 2010 has itself been disposed of finally by order dated 4 September 2015. If that be so, it is not possible to entertain the present petition, as the relief applied for in Exhibit-16 was to operate during pendency of Petition No. B-62 of 2010. 3] The learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, states that the Petitioner seeks to take out substantive proceedings against the order dated 4 September 2015. If this be so, the Petitioner will obviously have the liberty to challenge the order dated 17 April 1/2

DSS 903-wp-7801-14 2014, which is impugned in the present petition, in the said substantive proceedings. In any case, such liberty is expressly granted.

4] With liberty as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of. 5] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
