By this civil application, the applicant has applied for setting aside the order dated 7th June, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.1029 of 2016 is dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the all the office objections would be complied with and deficit payment of court fees would be paid within one week from today. The statement is accepted. The delay in filing the civil application is condoned. 3.

The civil application is accordingly allowed of in terms of 1/2
