In view thereof, we dispose of the above Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960. It is clarified that if any such application is made, the same shall be decided strictly on merits and as per the provisions of law. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
