The learned counsel for the appellants at the outset makes a statement that all the office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks.

The learned counsel for the appellants states that all the appellants including appellant Nos.2, 3 and 5, who are present in the court, have instructed him to withdraw the appeal. The learned counsel for the appellants, under instructions from the appellants, makes a statement that the appellants shall vacate the premises and hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the 1/2

Mugdha 01-FAST 20401-18.odt respondent/original plaintiff by 31/12/2019, without asking for further extension. Statement is accepted.

The learned counsel for the respondent is agreeable to grant time to the appellants till 31/12/2019 to vacate the suit premises. 4.

The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of in view of the disposal of the appeal.
