The learned counsel for the appellants, under instructions from the appellants, makes a statement that the appellants shall vacate the premises and hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the 1/2

Mugdha 01-FAST 20401-18.odt respondent/original plaintiff by 31/12/2019, without asking for further extension. Statement is accepted.

The learned counsel for the respondent is agreeable to grant time to the appellants till 31/12/2019 to vacate the suit premises. 4.
