Heard. The petitioner is praying for direction to hand over the investigation in the subject crime to another Investigating Agency and to take action against the IO. Learned counsel submitted that initially the IO asked for police custody of the accused, which was granted for three days, but later on IO asked for magisterial custody of the accused. The postmortem report was collected after one month. It is submitted that the complaint against the IO has been addressed to higher officials. Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is filed in the subject crime.

We observe that the Senior Officials shall look into the grievance made by the petitioner against the IO and decide the same. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, petition is disposed of. 4.

Learned APP to communicate this order to the concerned officers.
