The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 491 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the charge-sheet. There is hardly any serious role attributed to the applicant in the crime in question. The major role is attributed to the applicant's son and husband. 3.

As there are no criminal antecedents and the applicant is very much available for the prosecution, it will be proper to grant bail to the applicant. The applicant be released on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ssk 2/2 Cri. BA 1574/16-18/11/16 Two consecutive absence of the applicant before the learned Sessions Judge will entail the learned Sessions Judge to proceed with the cancellation of bail of the applicant. 4.
