This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 21.4.2009 passed by this Court. By the said order the applicant has been directed to attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after his release from Jail the applicant is regularly attending the concerned police station. He submitted that the trial pertaining to CR No. I-360/2008 registered with Manpada Police Station is not yet concluded.

In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application the said condition is hereby relaxed and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the concerned police station once in month on every 1st

2 /2APPP-614-66-34 Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.

2) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 21.4.2009 are not disturbed.
