Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the First Information Report and the Criminal Proceedings are also quashed by the Division Bench of this Court on 16th March, 2018 (Criminal Writ Petition No.1123 of 2018). It is submitted that in view of the aforesaid circumstances, this petition has become infructuous and the same be allowed to be withdrawn as infructuous. Hence, Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as infructuous.
