This is an application for suspension of substantive sentence and for release of the applicant on bail. The applicant is convicted under Section-279 of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to under go Rigorous Imprisonment for 4-months and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- and in default of payment of fine, the applicant to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for one month. The applicant is also convicted under Section 304-A of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.3000/- and in default of payment of fine, the applicant to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for three months. The appeal preferred by the applicant has been dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik by its Judgment and order dated 11.2.2015. 2) As the substantive sentence of imprisonment is of one year, the same is hereby suspended during the pendency of the present revision application. 3) The applicant to deposit a fine amount in the registry of the trial court if not paid earlier.

4) The applicant be released on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. 5) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
