This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed vide order dated 25th January 2019 in Bail Application No.1954 of 2018. The applicant was directed to report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of every month between 11 am and 1 pm till further orders.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has complied the condition of reporting. He is also attending the dates of hearing in Trial Court. The applicant is employed and attendance is causing hardship to him. He is permanent resident of Mumbai. 3.

Learned APP submitted that complete relaxation of condition may not be granted to the applicant. At least once in three months the applicant be directed to report the concerned Police Station.

Considering the submissions, the order dated 25th January 2019 can be modified. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Clause (iv) of the operative part of order dated 25th January 2019 passed in Bail Application No.1954 of 2018 is modified and applicant is directed that he shall report concerned Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11 am and 1 pm till further orders;

(ii) Rest of the order dated 25th January 2019 shall remain intact; (iii) Criminal Application is disposed of.
