Applicant nos.8, 19 and 24 should be deleted from this application. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

This application seeks modification of order granting bail passed by Sessions Court dated 23rd June 2017 in Bail Application No.390 of 2017. The applicants were directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Learned advocate for applicants submits that the applicants are poor persons and they are not in a position to arrange surety in the aforesaid amount. It is, therefore, submitted that PR bond may be reduced to Rs.30,000/-.

Considering the submissions advanced by learned advocate for applicants, the order dated 23rd June 2017 passed in Bail Application No.390 of 2017 is modified and the applicants, excluding applicant nos.8, 19 and 24 herein, are directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.174 of 2017 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai on furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The application stands disposed of.
