Heard. In pursuance to the order dated 12th October 2018, the petitioner herein has received an amount of Rs.1,37,394/- vide cheque no. 243257 and Rs. 17,620/- vide cheque no. 243258 dated 23th October 2018. In all the petitioner has received an amount of Rs.1,55,014/-/-. Learned AGP, upon instructions submits that the remainder amount of Rs.6,830/- would be paid to the petitioner soon after the amount is sanctioned and in any case,

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the computation of accounts has been given to the petitioner in the course of hearing of this petition and therefore he could not take any instructions as to whether the calculation is correct. The petitioner submits that in case there is any deficiency or lacunae in the correct computation of accounts or the calculation of money to which the petitioner is entitled, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

The petitioner undertakes to withdraw Recovery Application No. 1 of 2008, which is filed before the Industrial Court, Satara, as prayers in the Recovery Application have become infructuous.

In view of above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as the order has been complied with.
