The learned AGP on instructions of the Registrar of the State Consumer District Redressal Foram states that the communication dated 4th February 2012 (page 133 of the petition) issued is withdrawn. We accept the said statement.

The second substantive challenge is to the order dated 10th May 2012 passed by the President of District Consumer Redressal Forum, Pune.

Firstly the said order is not passed against the petitioner. Secondly, the person who is aggrieved by the said order has a remedy available in the statute.

Hence, by accepting the aforesaid statements made by the learned AGP, we dispose of the petition. (REVATI MOHITE DERE,J.) (A.S.OKA,J.)
