ORDER:- Pending the final hearing of the Writ Petition, the present Civil Application is taken out by the Applicant/Petitioner for returning the documents submitted by the Petitioner at the time of applying for admission to B.A.M.S. course, which she now want to withdraw and thereby, requested to cancel the admission itself. Mr. Yadav, the learned AGP, on instructions of Dr. Vyas, 1/2

ssm 2 908-caw1861.17.sxw O.S.D. DMER, Mumbai, who is present in the Court, makes statement that they have no objection to return the documents so submitted, by keeping all defences open as and when occasion comes. The documents will be returned to the Petitioner by 14 August 2017. However, it is made clear that the Petitioner is not entitled for the refund of any amount, which she has deposited along with the Application towards the admission of the B.A.M.S. Course.
