In the light of the further developments and particularly a letter of 23rd July 2018, Mr.V.P. Sawant, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners' grievance has been redressed. The Writ Petition has worked itself out. It is accordingly disposed of, in the light of this letter. Now on the basis of this decision, the Counsel of Architecture, the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra shall include the petitioners and if possible in the ongoing admission process and identified as such with an intake capacity of 160 students for the N.S.
