Petitioner's grievance is regarding some alleged illegal structures which are to be removed. The persons who are occupying the structure are not made party to this petition. Learned Counsel appearing for Corporation submits that notices have been issued against all such structures under Sections 260(i) and 260(ii) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act. Learned Counsel submits that they would seek police

Without expressing any opinion on the contentions raised by the petitioner and the stand adopted by the Corporation, we observe that respondent Corporation would take appropriate steps strictly in accordance with law.
