Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) subject to condition of the Applicant removing all office objections in the main Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from today. If office objections are not removed, the order of refusal of office registration will stand.
