Both the counsels state that final order in E Petition No. 242 of 2014 has been passed by the Family Court, Nashik Road. In the circumstances, the present revision application, assailing the interim order of the Family Court passed in the E Petition No. 242 of 2014, does not survive. The present revision application has thus become infructuous.

In view of the foregoing, the revision application is dismissed as infructuous.
