P.C. 2] In view thereof, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of CR No.I-441 of 2014 now culminated into Sessions Case No.52 of 2015 does not conclude within six months from today. Leave and liberty granted.
