At the outset, learned APP submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ghodnadi, Shirur on 04.10.2022 and the same has been numbered as RCC No. 628 of 2022. 2.

In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court. By reserving the alternate remedy, the petition is disposed of. 3.
