After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, provided the Applicant deposits the entire amount alleged in the present crime with the Registry of the trial Court prior to filing of the said application.
