Petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing No.C.R. I-66 of 2011 registered with Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan for the offences punishable under Section 465, 468, 469, 471, 109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3 and 6 brought to our notice that subject FIR was investigated and Tilak
2/2 (906)APL-931-16.doc thereafter, charge-sheet was filed and which was numbered as R.C.C. No. 377 of 2011. He places on record roznama of the said criminal case. Roznama states that on 15th June 2015, charge against the petitioner is also framed. Thus, Criminal Case is at the stage of trial.
In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The same is dismissed.
