DATE : NOVEMBER 24, 2018 P.C.:- On July 19, 2018 this Court had granted interim protection in favour of the applicant. Whereas, the learned Sessions Court had granted protection in favour of other coaccused vide order dated July 3, 2018 2.

Perused the allegations in the F.I.R. and other material on record. It is crystal clear that it is the complainant who was instrumental in starting the quarrel in question. 3.

As such, interim relief ordered by this Court is confirmed on the same terms as are ordered by the learned

In addition to the same, the applicant shall attend the investigating officer 4th, 8th and 10th December, 2018 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
