The Petitioner's Advocate had complained in the morning session that in the event the proceedings are not completed by the Scrutiny Committee before 31st July, 2018, the Petitioner may have to loose his opportunity of education itself. 2.

After this matter was placed in the morning session, Mr. Samant has contacted the 2nd Respondent Committee and the officials attached to it have informed him that the vigilance cell has carried out a home enquiry and its report is forwarded to the Committee. The Petitioner should collect a copy of this report on Monday, 23rd July, 2018 and within two days thereafter should respond to it.

The Committee will endeavour and dispose of the proceedings themselves by a final order on 30th July, 2018. 4.

The statement made by Mr. Samant that the committee will dispose of the proceedings by 30th July, 2018 is accepted as undertaking to this Court.

In view thereof the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
