This is an application for modification of the condition No.2 imposed on the applicant by an order dated 10.03.2021 passed by this Court. The applicant is attending the trial regularly. The trial is in progress. In this view of the matter, the condition No.2 is modified by directing that the applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station once in three months on the first 1/2
