1] By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 22nd July 2013 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.987 of 2013. 2] The applicant seeks modification, in particular, of clause 4 which states that the applicant shall report to the Triplicate Police Station, Chennai on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the disposal of the case against him.

YBG appp541-14 3] Learned Counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 22nd July 2013, the applicant has been regularly attending the concerned Triplicate Police Station at Chennai. She submits that the applicant has no antecedents.

4] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 22nd July 2013 is modified to the extent, that the applicant shall now report to the Triplicate police station, Chennai on the first Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. and 12 noon till the disposal of the trial against him. All the other conditions remain the same. The application is accordingly disposed of.
