By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner has made a grievance qua the NA permission, construction permission and part OC granted by Respondent No. 2 / 3 to the Respondent No.6. The Petitioner has also made a grievance that Respondent No. 2 / 3 have till date not decided the representations filed by the Petitioner dated 22nd February, 2021, 25th June, 2021, 5th July, 2021, 14th July, 2021 and 7th September, 2021 (Exhibits-J, K, L to the above Writ Petition). 2.

In view of the above, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to hear all the concerned parties including Respondent No. 6 and / or their Advocate and pass a

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.

It is clarified that if the orders passed by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are against Respondent No. 6, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order on Respondent No. 6 and / or their Advocate. 5.

As far as other reliefs are concerned, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition if required after Respondent No. 2 / 3 pass their order/s on the representations made by the Petitioner.

A copy of this Order shall be forthwith forwarded to Respondent No. 3. 7.
