1] By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 5th August 2013 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1183 of 2013. 2] The applicant seeks modification, in particular, of clause 9(iv) which states that the applicant shall report to the B-1, North beach police Station, Chennai on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

YBG appp542-14 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the disposal of the case against him.

3] Learned Counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 5th August 2013, the applicant has been regularly attending the concerned B-1 North Beach Police Station at Chennai. 4] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 5th August 2013 is modified only to the extent, that the applicant shall now report to the B-1 North Beach police station, Chennai on the first Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. and 12 noon till the disposal of the case against him.
