Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press for prayer clause (a). As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the condition set out in clause (i) of para 13, imposed by this Court vide order dated 5th July, 2019, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3376 of 2018.

The condition of which relaxation/modification is sought, reads thus:- "13.

....

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount."

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that instead of one or two sureties in the like amount, the applicant be permitted to furnish one or more sureties in the like amount.

Learned APP states that in addition to the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 5th July, 2019, the applicant be directed to deposit his passport and also not to leave the country without the permission of the trial Court. He further states that the applicant also be directed to attend the Thane Nagar Police Station, Thane, till the conclusion of the trial.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states on instructions, that the applicant's passport is deposited with the C.B.I., Ahmedabad. Statement

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause - (i) of para 13, imposed by this Court, in Criminal Bail Application No.3376 of 2018, stands relaxed/ modified.

Accordingly, the Applicant shall now be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

In addition to the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 5th July, 2019, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station, on the first Saturday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial. The Applicant shall also not leave the country, without the permission of the trial Court. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 5th July, 2019, to remain as it is.
