Leave to amend so as to incorporate the prayer for condonation of delay is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution in view of the conditional order dated 26/04/2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. The above Petition has stood dismissed in view of the fact that the office objections were not removed. The Applicants are also seeking condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application. lgc

Hence by condoning the delay, the above Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the above Writ Petition is restored to file. Office objections to be removed within one week from date. On restoration, list the above Writ Petition for admission on 17/10/2016 if the office objections are removed. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
