Heard learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant. Vide order dated 10.7.2015 the application for bail during pendency of appeal bearing application No.741 of 2015, was allowed by this Court. Though in the said final order of granting bail it was not specifically mentioned that the sentence is also suspended, on grant of bail during pendency appeal, automatically there is suspension of the sentence. Still this position is now clarified and it is a factual position that by the said order of granting bail, substantive sentence is also stayed during pendency of appeal.
