By this Civil Application, applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 4 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 17th February, 2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Satara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 49 of 2012.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for applicant and averment made in Civil Application, I satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed :
