1] This is an application for modification of condition. By an order dated 11.2.2015, this Court had directed the applicant to attend the Investigating Agency on every first Friday of every month. 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that since passing of the order, the applicant is regularly attending the Investigating Agency on the stipulated days. The learned Special APP on instructions submitted that he has no objection for modification of the said condition and applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Agency as and when called for, as the investigation of the present crime is not yet completed. 3] In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order:- (i) The condition that, the applicant to attend the Investigating Agency

Dond 2/2 appp.658-2015.sxw on every first first Friday of every month is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Agency as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the completion of the investigation.
