1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 584/2021 registered with Samtanagar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 353, 332, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Prosecution case against the applicant is, applicant alongwith co-accused assaulted the complainant who is a public servant. 3] Applicant is already charge-sheeted. I am informed that applicant is hospitalized as he had fallen and suffered injury to his 1/2

53.3343.21 BA.doc private part. It is further informed that all other co-accused but for present applicant are already released on bail. It is also claimed that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant but for the present crime.

4] In that view of the matter, case for bail is made out. (i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 584/2021 registered with Samtanagar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 353, 332, 504 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two/more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.
