In view of the learned APP making a statement that recording of evidence has already commenced at the trial and the evidence of complainant and two other witnesses is recorded, the application is disposed of with direction to the trial Court seized with Special Case No. 19 of Vishal 1/2

17-ba-1784-2014 2013 arising out of C.R. No. 114 of 2013 registered with Kurla police station to conclude the said trial at the earliest and in any event before 30th April, 2015.

In event of trial being not over, liberty to the applicant to renew the prayer for bail subject to himself having cooperated for expeditious disposal of the trial as ordered. Application stands disposed of.
