By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 228 days in filing the application and seek recall of the order dated 24th November, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by dismissing the first appeal for non-removal of office objections.

The applicants have prayed for four weeks time to remove office objections and has recorded the reasons in paragraph 3 of the civil application as to why the objections could not be removed by the applicants within the time prescribed. The case is made out for the reliefs as prayed. The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order passed today to stand vacated without further reference to the Court 1/2

The civil application is made absolute on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
