Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the learned AGP for the first and third Respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent.

Perused the prayer clause (a) made in this Petition. We have perused the affidavit of Shri Umakant Laxman Pawar, Special Auditor (Class-I) Co-operative Societies (Sugar) which is dated 17th June 2015. We find that action has been initiated on

ash wp-9589.13 the basis of the grievances made by the Petitioner and a further direction has been issued to the SubDivisional Officer to take steps for recovery of the necessary amounts.

Therefore, for the time being, it is not necessary for us to entertain this Petition. If the Petitioner finds that further action is not taken on the basis of the inquiry, he can always invite attention of the concerned officers about the inaction on their part.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
