The parties have tendered the supplemental consent terms. The Appeal From Order was disposed of by an order dated 24.05.2022 in terms of the consent terms dated 24.05.2022. Now the parties by the present Interim Application No.17134 of 2022 have submitted the supplemental consent terms which they want to be a part and parcel of earlier consent terms dated 24.05.2022. The supplemental consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The same are signed by the advocate for the applicant and advocate for the respondent no.4. The appellant/applicant is Mr. Bharat Girdharlal Rughani is identified by learned counsel on behalf of the appellant/applicant. On behalf of the respondent no.4 the consent terms are signed by the designated partner Mr. Nagji Rita, who is identified by learned counsel appearing
on his behalf. The appellant/applicant as well as designated partner of respondent no.4 say that they have signed on the consent terms and have understood the same. The signatories agree to abide by the consent terms. The xerox copy of the agreement for permanent alternate accommodation dated 30.08.2022 which is tendered along with the consent terms is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X-1' for identification.

Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the supplemental consent terms dated 25.08.2022. Learned counsel have also tendered the minutes of the order dated 12.09.2022. Parties are present in the Court. The signatories to the consent terms who are present in the Court personally submit that they have signed on the consent terms dated 25.08.2022. The minutes of order is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X-2' for identification. The minutes of the order are duly signed by the learned counsel for the appellant/applicant as well as designated partner of respondent no.4.

Interim Application No.17134 of 2022 and Interim
Application No.17135 of 2022 are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The Contempt Petition No.531 of 2022 is also disposed of in view of the supplemental consent terms. (M. S. KARNIK, J.)
