This is an application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the amount of Rs.2,60,000/- has already been deposited. Only the amount of Rs.40,000/- has remained to be deposited.

The learned counsel for the nonapplicant opposes the application that on number of occasions, the time has been extended. It is only when the warrant has been issued by the executing court, the applicant has come forward.

The applicant has given reasons for non-deposit. Anyhow, for the remaining amount of Rs.40,000/- the applicant will have to bear interest as awarded by the Tribunal in the Award and that amount of Rs. 40,000/- has to be deposited along with interest.

Time granted by the Court to deposit the amount, is extended by four weeks from today, i.e. Rs. 40000/- along with interest as awarded by the Tribunal. The Civil Application is disposed of.
