Learned counsel for the Applicant mentioned the matter. He submits that there is a clerical error in clauses (iii) and (iv) of para 5 of the order passed today in the morning session, granting temporary bail to the applicant. He submits that the name of the Jail is wrongly mentioned as Arthur Road Central

Prison instead of Thane Central Prison, in the aforesaid clauses.

The order granting temporary bail passed today be corrected accordingly. Clauses (iii) and (iv) shall now read as under :

"(iii) The Supdt., Thane Central Prison, Mumbai to arrange for one escort who will accompany the Applicant, from the time of his release till his surrender on 09.12.2016 at 5.00 p.m.;

(iv) The Applicant shall deposit the escort charges with the Supdt., Thane Central Prison, Mumbai."
