The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inspite of opportunities given to the respondent, no say was fled and the matter was adoourned without I.... Therefore, the applicant was required to fle the present application. Copy of F.I..R. is not on record. Except the contention of the applicant, nothing is on record to establish the allegation against him. 4.

The main grievance of the applicant appears to be that his bail application was not heard expeditiously by the Trial Court. Therefore, I. pass the following order: a.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the Bail Application No.126 of 2021 within a period of one week. b.
